Sir,
I have the honor to transmit to you a Copy of a Statement with voucher received from the Admiralty of expenses incurred by the Naval Department on account of extra pay to certain Men of Her Majesty's ship Sparrowhawk employed in transferringOilManuscript image Oil from the Hudson's Bay Company's Ship "Severn" in Esquimault Harbour to the Fisgard Lighthouse on the 16th of February 1866, amounting to 9.3, and I have to inform you that I have authorized the Crown Agents to pay the amount to the credit of Naval Services through Her Majesty's Paymaster General.
