My Lord Duke,
I have called upon the Acting Colonial Secretary for a Report
respecting the Postal arrangements which exist on the part of
British Columbia, withthe the United Kingdom, the Dominion of
Canada and the United States. Of that Minute I have the honor
to enclose a copy.
2. It seems to me that the suggestions offered by Mr Young
in the latter part of his paper are worthy of consideration.
