My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to forward Copy of a letter from the Gentleman
filling the Offices of Chairman of the Pilot Board and Harbour
Master, suggestingthat that application should be made to the Board
of Trade for the printed Forms for the Examination of Masters
and Mates, together with such books as are used for that purpose.
