My Lord Duke,
I have had the honor to receive Your Grace's despatch No. 89 of
20th November 1867, informing me that Her Majesty's decision
on No. 20Ordinance
Ordinance of 1867—
will be suspended pending the action of the Legislature with reference to the Draft Ordinance regulating the constitution of the two Supreme Courts.
