I have the honor to forward the last report I have received from the Magistrate of the Lillooet District.

2. I think Mr Sanders' endeavours to conciliate the native races highly creditable to him, and his account of their condition very satisfactory.
3. I shall enquire into the circumstances alluded to in the closing paragraphs as I should be sorry to see Mr Sanders put to much private expense by his judicious hospitality.
