I have had the honor to receive Your Grace's despatch No 99 of the 10 November 1868 respecting aclaimManuscript image claim advanced by the War department against the Colony for the Sum of £141.1.3. I need hardly assure Your Grace that British Columbia has not sunk sufficiently low to be unable to meet this smallpaymentManuscript image payment and the requisite instructions will be sent to the Colonial Agents.
