Sir,
With reference to your letter of the 20th June transmitting a requisition for Oil and Stores for Vancouver's Island Lighthouses, I am directed by the Board of Trade to transmit to you herewith a Bill of Lading for the same, per "Prince of Wales"; and to request that you will move His Grace the Duke of Buckingham and Chandos to cause it to be forwarded to the Governor of Vancouver's Island.
