Sir,
I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Letter of
the 28th Ulto transmitting the Copy of a Report by the
Colonial Land and Emigration Commissioners relative to an
application from Lieutt Allman late of the Regiment under my
command for a grant of Land in Vancouvers Island and to acquaint
you that I have forwarded the correspondence to Lieutt Allman.
