my despatch No. 90 of the 21st November, copies of a correspondence
between the Honorable F. Dundas and this Department respecting the
application by Members of the Church of Scotland in British Columbia
for a grant of landin in that Colony.

Dundas to Rogers, 12 May 1868, begging the Duke of Buckingham's further consideration regarding "the application for a Grant of Land at Victoria for Church purposes."
Copy, Wallace to Dundas, 19 February 1868, stating that "the grant to the Church of Scotland in this colony was made by the
Hudson's Bay Company, and not by the crown."

Copy, Under Secretary of State to Dundas, 27 May 1868, stating that "the grant to the Church of England was made after the 3rd February 1862 when the Crown resumed possession of the lands of the Hudson's Bay Company."
