I have the honor to transmit to you, for your information and with reference to your Despatch No. 22 of the 19th March, a copy of a letter from the Board of Trade with a Bill of Lading for Oil and Stores for the Vancouver Island Lighthouses for which a requisition was enclosed in your Despatch.
