I have the honor to transmit to you a Copy of a letter from the Governor of the Hudsons Bay Company, expressing the general concurrence of the Committee of that Company in the prayer of the Memorial which was forwarded to you in mydespatchManuscript image despatch No. 89 of the 21st instant respecting the extension of the provisions of the Reciprocity Treaty to British Columbia.
