I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain
Copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislatureentitled;
entitled;
entitled;
No. 15. An ordinance to establish a Volunteer Force.
2. I agree in opinion with the Attorney General whose report I
enclose, that this Ordinance may be allowed.
