My Lord,
I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the LegislatureentitledManuscript image entitled; No. 16. An Ordinance to provide for the maintenance, improvement, and construction of Roads in British Columbia.
2. As the Bill was introduced by my direction I need scarcely say that the Ordinance meets with my approval.
3. The Report of the Attorney General is enclosed.
