Sir,
I transmit to you a copy of a letter from the Foreign Office enclosing a copy of a Note from the Belgian Minister requesting that a document may be obtained from a person named Verheyden, supposed to be at Victoria Vancouver Island, containing his consent to the marriageofManuscript image of his daughter, or if he is dead that a Certificate of his death may be procured.
I have to request you to endeavour to meet the wishes of the Belgian Minister.
