I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Governor Seymour's despatch No. 55 of the 23rd March and to convey to you Her Majesty's gracious confirmation and allowance of the Ordinance passed by the Government of British Columbia No. 14 of 1869 entitledAnManuscript image An Ordinance granting a supplemental supply of $134,465 98/100 out of General Revenue for contingent services of the years 1866 and 1867.
