I have the honor to transmit to you for your information a copy of a letter which has been addressed to me by Mr. C.G. Wylly bringing under consideration his claim to compensation on account of the abolition of hisOfficeManuscript image Office of Assessor of the Colony of Vancouver Island, together with a copy of the answer which I have caused to be returned to him.
