I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Mr. Hankin's Despatch No. 37 of the 3rd August, reporting that the two Indians accused of the murder of part of the crew of the "John Bright" were tried at the last Assizes held in Victoria, were found guilty and condemned to death.
