Referring to Your Lordship's observations upon the Land Registry
Act,
1870, made in the concluding paragraphs of Your Despatch
N
o 18, of
5th September, I have the honor to transmit a Copy
of a Letter from the
Attorney Attorney General enclosing others from
Mr
Crease, his Official Predecessor, and
Mr Alston, the Registrar,
upon the subject to which Your Lordship adverts.
2. I think with these gentlemen that it would scarcely be
desirable at the present time to reopen the discussion upon the
question of Registration.
