I have the honor to apply for the Earl of Kimberley's authority for complying with a Requisition, received at this office from the Government of British Columbia, for a supply of Stationery at a cost of £275.6.8, exclusive of freight and incidental charges.
The British Columbia account with this Department shows a balance of about £800 in hand.
