With reference to the Telegram which I received from you on the 4th of February I have the honor to inform you that Her Majesty has been pleased to appoint Mr. H.P.P. Crease at present Attorney General of British Columbia, tobeManuscript image be Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia as constituted under the XI Section of the Ordinance of your Government No. 8 of 1869.
A Warrant for the Appointment of Mr. Crease will be forwarded to you by an early opportunity.
