I have received your Despatch No. 53 of the 29th of April forwarding for the approval of Her Majesty an authenticated copy of an Ordinance passed by the Legislature of B. Columbia entitled No. 12 of 1870 "An Ordinance to regulate the fees of the Supreme Court of British Columbia."
I have to convey to you Her Majesty's Gracious confirmation and allowance of this Ordinance.
