I have received your Despatch No. 51 of the 28th April forwarding for the approval of Her Majesty an authenticated copy of an Ordinance passed by the Legislature of British Columbia entitled No. 7 of 1870 "An Ordinance to create a further Duty for the Public Service."
I have to convey to you Her Majesty's gracious confirmation and allowance of this Ordinance.
