With reference to your Despatch No. 59 of the 9th May, I transmit to you herewith a copy of a letter from the General Post Office from which you will perceive that a balance of £580.15.2 is due to the Colonial Government on postalaccountManuscript image account, that this amount has been accordingly paid to the Crown Agents to the credit of the Colony of B. Columbia.
