In reply to your letter of the 20th ultimo respecting certain questions pending between Great Britain and the United States, and inclosing the Draft of a proposed despatch to be addressed to the Governor of British Columbia, I am directed by Earl Granville to acquaint you, for the information of The Earl of Kimberley, that His Lordship concurs in thatdespatchManuscript image despatch.
