Sir,
I have the honor to report my arrival in this Country on 3 months vacation leave from British Columbia, commencing on the 29th day of March 1871, and to request that the Crown Agents may be instructed to issue to me my full pay as it may become due, at the rate of £523.14.3 per annum.
