I have to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatch No. 30 of the 24th March in which you express an opinion that it will be expedient to postpone Legislation in regard to the prohibition of the export of Arms from the Colony, until after British Columbia shallhaveManuscript image have been admitted into Union with the Dominion of Canada.
In reply I have to inform you that I concur in that opinion.
