I have the honor to convey to you Her Majesty's gracious Confirmation and Allowance of the Act of the Legislature of British Columbia entitled No. 20 of 1871 "An Act to abolish Road Tolls on all Articles coming from the Interior of the Colony, in the direction of the Seaboard" a transcript of which accompanied your Despatch No. 38 of the 31st of March.
