I transmit to you for your information and in reply to your Despatch No. 47 of the 20th April a Copy of a Despatch which I have addressed to Lord Lisgar instructing him to bring the question of the jurisdiction of the SupremeCourtManuscript image Court of British Columbia over lunatics and Idiots and their Estates under the Consideration of his Ministers after the union of the Colony with the Dominion of Canada.
