Resolved, 6 February 1849
Resolved,
That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, that She will be graciously pleased to give directions that there be laid before this House, a Copy of Charter of Grant of Vancouver's Island to the Hudson's Bay Company, and Copies of any Correspondence which has passed between the Colonial Office and the Hudson's Bay Company on that subject, since the last Papers were laid upon the Table.
