I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to send you herewith, for the information of the Duke of Newcastle, a copy of the Orders given by Rear Admiral Moresby, dated the 13 April, to the Captain of Her Majesty's Ship Trincomalee, to proceed to carry on the duties of Senior Naval Officer at Vancouver and Queen Charlotte Islands.
