I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of a packet from you, containing Despatches from Governors of British Colonies, transmitting addresses and Resolutions, on the subject of the war with Russia, and also correspondence relative to Addresses, Resolutions &c, received from the British Colonies, on the same subject, and Despatches from the Secretary of State, in reply to communications from Governors of British Colonies.
