With reference to your Despatch No 2 of the 5th of January 1860, I have the honour to forward herewith a Statement with the requisite Vouchers, Exhibiting the expenditure incurred onMilitaryManuscript image Military Account, and Civil Account, in connection with the Island of San Juan, and defrayed out of Imperial Funds, from the 1st of January to the 31st of March 1861.
