Having been informed that there is a good opening for young men in VanCouver's Island and that Government has generously seconded the efforts of all those who are anxious to go there, I shd Esteem it a great favor if you cd kindly send me all necessary information as to what Government guarantees to do in the matter.

I address you in behalf of a young man from the Blue Coal School, whence he has borne the highest Testimonies. Age 16. Is at the present moment engaged in an office. Awaiting the favor of an early reply.
