My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to report to you that I have granted Three Months
leave of absence on Medical Certificate to
Mr George Hunter Cary,
the Attorney General of this Colony.
2. I have provisionally appointed
Mr. Mr David Babington Ring, the
Senior Barrister in this Colony to act as Attorney General during the
absence of
Mr Cary.
3. I enclose herewith the requisite Certificate according to the
Regulations of the Colonial Service.
