Sir,
Referring to your despatch No. 35 of the 2nd of May 1861 respecting the Lighthouses erected in Fucas Straits, I have been requested by the Lords of the Committee of Privy Council for Trade to remind you that the final accounts, which you state in the last paragraphofManuscript image of your despatch will be forwarded have not yet been received.
As their Lordships' are unable to settle the accounts for the erection of these Light Houses without the final Accounts from Vancouver Island, I have to instruct you to cause them to be transmitted to the Board of Trade assoonManuscript image soon as possible.
