I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch No. 56
of the 3rd of December last and to acquaint you that it is perfectly
immaterial whether the running summary of the Vancouver Island Acts is
printed at the head of the separate clauses or in the margin, but I have
at the same timeto
