I have the honor to acknowledged the receipt of your despatch No. 29 of the 13th of May enclosing a Bill for £3000 on the Bank of British North America in favor of the Crown Agents.
I have caused this Bill to be delivered to the Crown Agents with instructions to appropriate the proceeds of it in the manner specified by you.
