I have the honor to forward herewith to your Lordship the Minutes of the Executive Council of Vancouver Island, between the 1st July 1866, and the 19th November 1866, from and after which last named date the Council ceases to exist, in accordance with the provisions oftheManuscript image the "British Columbia Act 1866."
