you will state to Secretary <persName ref="prs:lytton_egeb">Sir Bulwer Lytton</persName> that agreeably with his
request

under survey), in which Vessel, the Brokers (Mess<hi style="vertical-align: super; font-size: 80%;">rs</hi> Shaw Savill &amp;
C<hi style="vertical-align: super; font-size: 80%;">o</hi>) have offered to convey them as well as such government stores as
the <name ref="vsl:briseis" type="vessel">Briseis</name> may be unable to receive.
