I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to request you will state to Secretary Sir Bulwer Lytton that agreeably with his request with his request = switch REs from Briseis to Euphrates. A draft of this letter appears in Moody to Carnarvon (Parliamentary Under-Secretary), 1858, 10315, CO 60/3, p. 317.
