I am directed by the Earl of Malmesbury to transmit to you, Booker, William L.report from Populationnumber of emigrants from San Francisco for the information of Secretary Sir Edward Bulwer Lytton, a copy of a despatch from Her Majesty's Consul at San Francisco, reporting the departure of Emigrants and Merchandize for Fraser River.
