I have the honor by direction of Secretary Major General Peel to acquaint you for the information of Secretary Sir Edward Bulwer Lytton, that directions have been given to the Storekeeper at the Tower to receive the baggage of Mr Begbie the Judge of British Columbia and ship it on board the "Euphrates" as requested in your letter of 22nd Instant.
