Finally, <persName ref="prs:douglas_j">Douglas</persName> acknowledges his <q>inaccuracy</q> in <q>designating <persName ref="prs:moody_rc">Colonel Moody</persName> the Lieutenant Governor.</q></p></abstract><correspDesc>

course he adopted in proceeding to <placeName ref="plc:hope">Fort Hope</placeName>, with the party of
Royal Marines and Royal Engineers.

3. With reference to your observations respecting the
inaccuracy into which I had fallen, by designating <persName ref="prs:moody_rc">Colonel Moody</persName>
the Lieutenant Governor, I will take care that your instructions
