I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to send you herewith for the information of Her Majesty's Secretary of State for the Colonies, a copy of a letter from Captain M. de Courcy of the HMS Pylades, dated the 10th March, together with a Copy of its enclosure relative to the State of Affairs in Vancouver's Island and British Columbia.
