I am desired by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to transmit, for the information of Secretary Sir E.B. Lytton, with reference to your letter of the 7th Instant, the enclosed copy of a minute of my Lords of the 11th Instant, on the subject of the conveyance of mails, &c, between this Country and the Colony of New Columbia.
