I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Grace's Despatch No. 35 of the 9th November, acquainting me, that on the application of Messrs Cox and Co., you had requested the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury Treasury to direct payment to them, as agents for Colonel Moody, of the salary of that Officer as Commissioner of Lands and Works, for the quarter ended 30 June 1859, and to inform your Grace that I have communicated this information to Colonel Moody.
