In reply to your Letter of the 5th Instant, I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to transfer to the credit of Naval Services the sum of £34.6.0 for the entertainment on board HM's Gun Boat "Forward" of the Lord Bishop of Columbia & of his Chaplain in September last.
