I am directed by Mr Secretary Herbert to transmit herewith 100 copies of a Sketch Map of British Columbia, by Lieut. Mayne R.N., which have been lithographed in the Topographical Branch of this Office, in compliance with the request of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, of 29th Oct 1859. The original Plans and Report are also returned.
