I take the liberty of addressing your Grace being a Settler in British Columbia come home to bring out my family—on the expectation that we may get a Governor for that fine Colony besides the present one whose rule is ruining and keeping it back as your Grace will learn in full from any of the respectable gentlemen whose names I give on the other page * who came home from there the other day and are well qualified to give your Grace all information.
