I have the honor to enclose herewith two congratulatory Addresses, one from the Municipal Council of New Westminster, and the other from the Inhabitants of NewWestminster Westminster, to His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales upon the attainment of His Majority, which have been forwarded to me with the request that I would transmit them to Your Grace for presentation.
