With reference to Mr Elliot's letter of 9th inst, I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to pay to Messrs. Cox & Co as Agents for Col. Moody, Chief Commissioner of Lands and Works in British Columbia, the sum of £300, for Salary for Quarter ended 30th Septr 1863.
